Regarding noise, I can hear
the residents upstairs walking
and water running, but that is
to be expected. Otherwise the
only noise I hear is when i'm
in the main hallways...then
you can hear everything from
every appt in the area

Its nice that the apartments
are central to a lot of things
in town but when it comes to
fixing issues with heating or
gas leaks it not only takes a
long time but it also does not
give you the discounts on rent
that you should get when left
without heat during winter.
